IT Project Manager
Full-Time On Site: Monday-Friday
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing and prioritizing multiple enterprise wide IT projects. They will work with community stakeholders, vendors, IT team members at multiple sites in California to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Work directly with the Director of IT & Information Security to manage multiple concurrent network related upgrades. Partners with Operations and IT project team members to ensure that project delivery aligns with business strategic objectives and priorities. Monitors performance of project delivery based on established timelines. Ensures adherence to project schedules; aggressively monitors project budgets; and reallocates resources to avoid budget or schedule variances. Lead progress update meetings with appropriate community stakeholders and, vendors, and IT staff to ensure project tasks remain on schedule for completion. Work with development teams and vendors to manage project workflow, track and report progress.
