Application Services Manager


Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
• $113,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience + potential for 10% annual bonus

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Application Service Manager will manage and lead the team responsible for implementation, maintenance, and support for all enterprise-wide applications, such as: SharePoint Online, Safety System, Tableau, Point of Sales, Resident Portal, Health Care Systems, and Financial Services Systems.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

  • Help build and maintain Continuing Life support community’s applications

  • Coordinate and participate in application upgrades

  • Acquire and maintain an advanced understanding your assigned applications(s).

  • Coordinate with customers and/or technical staff to resolve issues with software applications.

  • Manage software installations and train the staff on their proper use.

  • Test, implement, document, and maintain software applications

  • Manage the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation, user manuals, and training materials for the organization’s off-the-shelf and custom software applications.

  • Maintains current and accurate support documentation used by Service Desk for initial support.

  • Proactively monitor and address potential security issues. Educate the user community on best practices for IT security.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

What you will bring:

Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI

  • 5+ years of Application support

  • Intermediate level knowledge of Database Administration for MSSQL Server.

  • Fast learner, with the ability to assimilate information quickly

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Great attention to detail and quality orientation

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team

  • Experience with HIPPA Compliance

  • Customer service mentality, with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills. Team player and problem solver.
