Marketing Operations Intern (Seeking to hire IMMEDIATELY)

Continuing Life is a shared services company that provides support to 6 Continuing Care Retirement Communities in California. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student looking to gain experience in marketing operations! We are seeking someone to work approximately 20 hours per week, on a regularly set schedule. This is an onsite position in Carlsbad, CA. .

Primary Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing initiatives and performance tracking.
• Maintain and update key enterprise workspaces (Smartsheet, Salesforce, etc.).
• Develop and manage performance analysis reports and data visualization dashboards using Excel, Smartsheet, and Tableau.
• Organize and analyze marketing data from multiple sources to optimize campaigns and business processes.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, Canva graphics, and other internal materials.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service

Preferred:

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience with Smartsheet and Tableau
• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
