Employee Referral Bonus Program We value your input and encourage employees to recommend qualified external applicants for job openings at any community that Continuing Life supports. Through the Employee Referral Bonus Program, employees have the ability to earn a bonus when their referrals are hired. You will receive a $250 bonus for full time hires that have been referred and have successfully completed their first 90 days of employment. You will receive a $100 bonus for part time or per diem hires that have been referred and have successfully completed their first 90 days of employment. The applicant must indicate the employee who referred them on their initial application in order to qualify for the bonus. For employee referrals within any community, the existing Community Employee Referral Bonus Program will remain unchanged and that will supersede this program. There are currently 58 openings.
